Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PMHNP Helper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

PMHNP Helper provides interactive, fictional clinical case studies for educational purposes. The service is intended for licensed or student Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners and other mental health professionals seeking to practice clinical reasoning. All cases are fictional and do not represent real patients. See our Disclaimer for full details.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or allow others to access the service through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that period ends.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or one-time purchases. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your case.

4. Lifetime Access

The Lifetime Access plan is a one-time purchase of $499 that grants you permanent, non-expiring access to all content and features available on PMHNP Helper at the time of your purchase. This includes all interactive clinical case studies, practice questions, and First Year PMHNP Mentorship pathways that exist on the platform on the date of your purchase.

Scope of access: Lifetime Access covers all content and features that are part of the PMHNP Helper platform at the time of purchase. New content that is added to existing product categories (e.g., additional case studies, new practice questions, new mentorship pathways) after your purchase date is included at no additional cost.

Future products: If PMHNP Helper introduces fundamentally new products, services, or product categories that are separate from the existing platform offerings (e.g., live coaching programs, cohort-based courses, or entirely new standalone products), these may require a separate purchase and are not automatically included in Lifetime Access.

Non-transferable: Lifetime Access is tied to your individual account and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with other users.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: reproduce, redistribute, or publicly display the case content without written permission; use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems; or use automated tools to scrape or download content.

6. Intellectual property

Your subscription or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content on PMHNP Helper for your own educational use. This license does not grant you the right to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the content.

7. Limitation of liability

PMHNP Helper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes.
